The legal intake problem

Your voicemail is full of cases your competitor took.

The gap between a potential client's call and your intake team picking up is the most expensive moment in your practice.

Without DialDart

  • After hours and on weekends, callers reach voicemail, and many sign with the next firm instead
  • Your intake specialist handles Tuesday at 10am fine, but not 7pm on a Friday
  • A message service takes a message, and the caller waits until morning
  • Details from a rushed call get lost before anyone calls back

With DialDart

  • Answers your line 24/7, nights, weekends and holidays, in your firm's name
  • Takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling
  • Texts you a short briefing, then transfers the caller to you live
  • Books consultations on your Google Calendar
  • Records every call with a transcript, so nothing the caller said is lost

How it works

From the first ring to a live transfer.

Three steps, on every call DialDart answers for your firm.

  1. 1

    A call comes in

Someone calls your firm after an accident. At 2pm on a Tuesday or 11pm on a Saturday, DialDart answers in your firm's name.

    Answers 24/7
  2. 2

    It takes the details

The caller's name, number and reason for calling, saved with the recording and the transcript.

    Saved to the call
  3. 3

    Transfer or consultation

It texts you a short briefing and transfers the caller to you live, or books the consultation on your Google Calendar.

    Live transfer

You turn it on yourself. Add your firm's hours and services, connect Google Calendar, and forward your firm's line (usually *72), or use a new local number.

What's included

Everything your intake line needs after hours.

Every plan includes all of it. You see every call in one dashboard.

Answers 24/7 in your firm's name

Nights, weekends and holidays. Callers hear your firm's name, not your voicemail.

Live transfer, briefing first

It texts you a short briefing, then transfers the caller to your phone live, so you know who's on the line.

Books consultations

On your Google Calendar, while the caller is on the line. Callbacks are booked and redialed on time.

Recording and transcript

Every call is recorded with a transcript, with the caller's name, number and reason for calling saved.

Calls your lead lists

Upload a CSV. It calls inside the hours you set, in each lead's time zone, skips voicemail, and transfers interested leads to you live.

One dashboard

Every call in one list with its outcome, so your intake team knows who called and why before calling back.

Lead calls: 1 language included (English or Spanish) Local phone number Do Not Call list built in Callbacks redialed on time

What it doesn't do: DialDart doesn't give legal advice, run conflict checks or sync with case-management software such as Clio, MyCase or Filevine. It answers, takes the details and gets the caller to you. The receptionist that answers your line speaks English.

FAQ

Common questions from legal teams

Will it sound like a robot to someone who just had an accident?

DialDart talks in a calm, natural voice and answers in your firm's name. It takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling, then transfers them to you live, with a short text briefing to you first, or books a consultation on your Google Calendar. Play the unedited sample call on this page to hear how it sounds.

Can we customize the intake questions?

On incoming calls, DialDart takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling and saves them with a recording and a transcript; you add your firm's hours and services in your dashboard. For the lead lists you upload, you can use your own script or let AI write a first draft, and hear a practice call on your own phone before it calls anyone.

What if the caller is distressed or in an emergency?

DialDart is not an emergency service, and anyone in danger should call 911. When a caller needs to talk to someone at your firm right away, DialDart texts you a short briefing and transfers the call to you live.

Can it handle high call volume during a mass tort or event?

Yes, on the right plan. Starter and Basic handle 1 call at a time, Premium 3 at once, and Enterprise is quoted to your call volume. For a mass tort campaign or anything else that makes the phones ring all at once, choose Premium or Enterprise. During the $49 first week, every plan handles 1 call at a time.

How is DialDart different from a legal answering service?

An answering service has a person take a message. DialDart answers in your firm's name, takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling, books consultations on your Google Calendar, and can transfer the caller to you live (a warm transfer), with a text briefing first. Every call is recorded with a transcript. You pay a set monthly plan with minutes included.

Does DialDart give legal advice or check bar rules for us?

No. DialDart doesn't give legal advice, decide whether your firm takes a case, or run conflict checks. It answers, takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling, and gets the caller to you. Your firm stays responsible for the bar rules, call-recording laws and calling laws that apply to it; your state bar can tell you what applies where you practice.

Does it connect to Clio, MyCase or Filevine?

No. DialDart doesn't sync with case-management software. Every call is saved in your DialDart dashboard with the caller's name, number and reason for calling, the recording and the transcript, so your team can open the new matter from there.

Does it answer calls in Spanish?

The receptionist that answers your firm's line speaks English. Calls to the lead lists you upload can be in English or Spanish, or set to Automatic: it opens in English and switches to Spanish when the lead answers in Spanish. Every plan includes one language for calls to your leads; each extra language is $50 a month, so English and Spanish together (Automatic) is $50 a month on top of your plan. To add a language, email support@dialdart.com. Spanish needs your own written call script (the ready-made industry scripts are in English).

How do we turn it on?

You do it yourself in your dashboard: add your firm's hours and services, connect Google Calendar, and forward your firm's line (usually by dialing *72), or use a new local number. There's no setup project to wait for.

How does the $49 first week work?

You pay $49 at checkout. For the next 7 days you get up to 500 minutes and 1 AI agent calling at a time. On day 8, the plan you picked starts on its own and your $49 is taken off its first month, so Starter is $150, Basic $300 and Premium $601 that day, then the normal price each month. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged again; the $49 isn't refunded. One first week per business, and prepaid or gift cards aren't accepted.
